Title: Unable to Enable Almond for Smart Home Skill

When I try to enable the Almond for Smart Home Skill, I get an "oops, something went wrong" landing page.  I've enabled the Almond skill but would like the Smart Home Skill.

We don't have any known issues to my best knowledge and would request you to reboot the Almond and then try again. Thank you!

If it helps, I enabled the Almond Smart Home skill and the Almond Skill on a few accounts on the Amazon Echo Dot over the last two days and did not have any issues.

I was able to successfully add the skill today.  Whatever the issue was must have corrected itself.
