What functions work / don't work: Switch 1 Control and Power monitoring works, however switch 2 is not detected. (Multi channel device)

Notes, Comments or Limitations: Worked immediately upon wiring in and powering up. However then had issues disconnecting/resetting the device so I could reconnect to hub. Discovered that doing a factory reset requires all of the inputs (S1, S2) to be OPEN and all output to be OPEN. If you are using a toggle switch, and manage to get the device into an inconsistent state (toggle OPEN, but output CLOSED), then this can be fixed by toggling the switch faster than the device can react.
Does anyone know how I can request Securifi to add better support to this device, it replaces the FGS-222 which Almond+ already works with (can see both channels).

Mentioning it here helps. Calling or emailing support may help also (so they know about it, I would recommend emailing). Before you do that you should send logs including the name and model of the product in the title. Then reference that in the email and here in the forum. That way they get information that helps identify the product and what it says it can do.

Can you point me to some documentation of retrieving logs? No idea where I'm meant to be looking.

There is a Send Logs selection in the WiFi tab on the app. There is also a spot for it on the LCD, with Diagnostics. No need to have you copy files or such. Select, enter some text, and send.
