Title: OSRAM RGBW LED light strip not working

I bought this strip a year ago since it was supported by almond+ according the page. But it does not seem work (very well). It works (partly) from LCD, but not from the app or web site? I am on latest firmware.

Is there something that needs to be done? Firmware upgrade of the strip? Special configuration?

I haven't used mine on the Almond+ in a while, since I got an Almond3. Prior to that mine was working fine with the plus, and apps. I did have updated firmware on my strip though, only way I know to update is with the osram hub.

As far as I know all osram lightify products (ZigBee ones) work. The ones I have used do in fact work.
