Title: Nest Almond IFTTT automation

Hello,

I have set up IFTT applet to have my almond plus router set to home when my nest is set to home and my almond plus router set to away when my nest is set to away. 

One of this applet works and that's when we nest is set to home, it changes almond router to home. But it never works for away. When I tried to check applet manually, it does not run also. I have tried deleting and recreating applet  couple times, but it never works.

If nest is away then set almond mode away. <---- this never works.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that the nest is in fact away? If you are manually testing it but the Nest is still home then it will automatically recall back. Do you have any other rules for setting away / home mode? IFTTT, Almond or Nest rules?

The away function for the nest had a weird limit for IFTTT when I used it. It was either IFTTT only worked when the nest went into away mode automatically or if it was manually done I can't remember which. I'm thinking it only worked if it was put in away mode manually, because I set IFTTT to notify me when it switched to away and I hardly ever got notifications.
