Title: Almond suddenly stopped working

I have been using Almond for the last 3 years as a range extender. 
It suddenly stopped working this morning and I have been trying to carry out the set up but without any success.
I will give the indications so that you can help me solve this issue.
1. It says that the internet cable is disconnected - I am using it only on Wi fi
2. During the set up, where we start to get it started, there is no effect when i press START  located at the bottom right corner. Also at this moment even the arrow on the top left and the x next to that are inactive.

I tried to reset the device to the factory settings.
Now again the bottom right corner as well as the top left corner do not work. At other times the touch screen works

@malathi ,

It sounds like an issue with the calibration. Leave the device off for few hours and check. If the issue persist please reach our support team at support@securifi.com.
