It would have to. It looks like Google may offer an alternative in the future, but no matter what it would require rework on Securifi's part. More incentive for me to just use a ZigBee model going forward because Nest never made the additional sensors accessible on the Protect anyways. Details like that have been a downside.

With google announcing the end of Works with Nest (August 31st) will this affect the ability to use Nest products in the almond app and or at all for that matter?

@ashok I tried it out again tonight and sunset (based on google) was at 801pm but the trigger happened at 904pm.

@Ashok - I even created new rules for sunlight and sundown. While it appears that the rules will be saved, what really happens is the app sits there for a while, then pops back to the rules page. When I select the rule I just created, there are no sunlight or sundown widgets that I had just put in and tried to save.

I've also recently noticed on several occasions that on several rules that are off are somehow manipulating devices on, or rules that are on are not working. Thus bulbs are on far longer than anticipated, or not turning on when they are supposed to.

It used to work great! It would be awesome to get it back to that point!

Hi Ashok.
I have the same issue with my Almond 3s reporting "Almond is tampered since the power button is pressed" when there's no one in the home.  This happens at least daily.  I have connected the console to a UPS however the issue is still there so AC power stability should not be the problem.  Please advise what can be done to correct this issue or what I can do to assist with fault finding.

I believe I did do a factory reset of the router at one point, but it was a while ago and the problem came back... But for science, I could try again.

Anyway, my "fix" was to get another router.
That's been a solid option so far.

I liked the Almond+ and it's potential, but when the firmware stopped getting fixed, it was over...
Really, lack of QoS was eventually going to make me switch.

Hey Ashok, any update on this as it appears the replacement is not working? I tested again last night and its still not working.

I may have found a way; download the configuration file, modify the transmit power percentage and upload the file again.

Looks like it may be a bad capacitor causing the 'white screen of death' and not overheating,5559.msg31676.html#msg31676

My suggestion is the simplest one: data usage statistics (per device, total device, per time period, etc.)
