Fibaro Door & Window Sensor - Won't Inlucde

Hi Guys.

Has anyone had any success getting the Fibaro Door & Window sensor to include with the Almond+ ?
It's on the supported devices list, however whenever I try to include it, the Almond+ doesn't see it (just stays on the "press the include button on the sensor" screen).

I've tried a number of things to get it working...
- Confirmed that the sensor is supported with my controller:  https://www.securifi.com/sensors
- Mounting it on the door (with the back button pressed) and triple-pressing the internal button
- Triple-pressing the back button, with the internal button pressed (lid on)
- Triple pressing both the back and internal button, without the alternate button pressed (eg. triple pressing the back button with the lid off)
- Resetting the device (following the steps with removing the battery / magnet) - successful reset was confirmed with the double-flash LED
- Some guides I read online advise to continuously press the button (not just triple-press)
- I've held the sensor right next to the controller
- I've confirmed that the frequency of the sensor matches the Almond+ (both are Australian region)
- I've tried two different Fibaro door sensors, they both have the same issue

If anyone has managed to get theirs to work, I'd very much appreciate hearing from you!

In general, as long as controller and sensor are from same Z-wave region, we should be able to add it with out any concerns. Try this to see, if helps you in adding it.

1) Tap on Add Sensor --> Single Remove (Not Remove All)--> Follow the removal process on Fibaro Door/Window sensor (Try to do this until you get the message "Unknown Sensor Removed".

2) Once you get the message "Unknown Sensor Remove" then you may tap on Add on the Almond+ and follow the adding process on the Door/Window sensor.

Unfortunately I don't have any unknown sensors showing up - so that doesn't appear to be the cause.

I've also confirmed the frequency is correct - I also have some Fibaro motion sensors from the same order that are working just fine.

Any other suggestions?

To my best knowledge, sensor might have some other Z-wave network info in it or it has to be reset properly. Is that a brand new sensor you are trying to add or it was connected to a different controller?
