So what is Home/Away for?
« on: April 03, 2015, 06:16:41 pm »
I see the home / away toggle on the web UI, but I don't understand what it's for - it doesn't seem to do anything. Doesn't affect which rules are enabled, isn't an available trigger or action. I would think it enables certain rules when home and others when away, but can't figure out how if that's the case.

They don't have it working for everything yet. It is also used for notifications you can select to get none, only when away, or always.

if at home it could potentially be used to communicate directly with the router when at home. Hopefully this will be a soon to be released feature ...

It's for notifications in the apps. So far it's only working in the Android app.
I'll try to put together a quick guide this week.
