Can't pair Securifi plugin switch
« on: March 27, 2015, 11:41:16 pm »
I have two of the plugin switches that were offered by Securifi through the Kickstarter campaign.  Both fail during pairing attempts.  The Almond+ provides the first two messages "Adding sensor.  Please wait." and "Getting sensor info.  Please wait...", but then it gives me an "Association failed" message.  Pairing seems to work fine with other Zigbee sensors that I have (key fob, window/door sensor, etc.).  I've tried Removing the sensors as well as Remove All Sensors before trying to do the pairing.

thanks,
Phil

We've fixed this issue in the firmware that'll be released next week, so please wait for that and it should work properly again.

Thanks for the quick reply.  Looking forward to the updated firmware.  In the meantime, do you have a "known issues" list for the current release?

Thanks,
Phil

No, not really, there was one for R070, but I can't find it at the moment.

Well, with the R72 firmware, I was able to pair one of the switches once.  Unfortunately, the status and control of the switch didn't seem to work from the web UI.  So I unpaired the switch and tried to pair it again and now it seems to be exhibiting a similar behavior to the behavior I saw before.  I can't seem to pair these switches with the controller no matter what I do.
