Android App and Cloud not connecting

Hi, just wondering if you guys are having problems getting the android app to connect with the cloud and then contacting the Almond+? It has been working for me on and off, sometimes it seems to matter if I am connected to the almond's wifi and sometimes it just doesn't work anytime. Currently I am trying to connect over my phone's cellular network from about 5 miles away. I did try doing a reboot of the almond+ and that seems to help for a little while but then it will stop connecting again a while later. The message I get when opening the android app is "sorry cannot connect to the cloud service at this time" or something really close to it. This is how flaky it is, as I started to type this bug it wasn't working and when I went back to get the exact error message it is now working. I am hoping this will become more reliable because otherwise it makes being able to do things while away from home kind of a mute point.

It looks like it's our issue, I'll chase and see what's going on.
We've been making some changes and it seems like it was bad timing on our side as some things are clearly not working properly.

Great to know that it most likely isn't dealing with my setup, although I hope it is an easy fix for the team. It send to be more consistently working now so if you did something it seems to be getting better.

It turned out to be something else, we've fixed the issues with the cloud part from our end, but as noted at the top of the forums earlier, it was an issue with an AWS load balancer that caused some issues.
Just a bad combination of things that all happened at once.

Not the same problem, but it's about the Cloud service, so I ask here - I try to sign up for the Cloud service,
but I never get the activation mail. I tried first via the Android app and then I tried at https://connect.securifi.com
to re-send the activation mail. But I never get it. Is there still some problem with the service?

Can you please email [suspicious]support@securifi.com[/suspicious] so we can have someone look into why you're not getting your activation email?
We had an issue before that we resolved that fixed most of these problems, but clearly not all.

I'm seeing something similar happening now, with sporadic connectivity issues. At this point this morning I can access the sensors on connect.securifi.com and it instantly updates the status on the app to reflect the change but if I try to control the same sensor on the app it doesn't respond.

Last night, there was a point where I couldn't do either as well.  Any issues with the cloud service or is it something on the router end?
