Any chance that something like wview or weewx could be implemented? These are scripts that read weather station input from USB and log it to a file, create web views, and upload it to services like weatherunderground. I'm just technical enough that I was able to set up this type of station using a Raspberry Pi, but it seems like that could be an app running on the Almond+.
