Forum looks great.
I am a home automation hobbyist.
My name is Pete and I am from and live near Chicago, Illinois in the United States.
I am one of your moderators.
I am like many of you here - waiting to be able to play with the Almond +.
I will be learning with all of you and help with the forum to the best of my ability.
In the 1970's I had the opportunity to utilize X-10 automation in my home.
Later in the 1980's in another home I had an embedded combo security, automation panel with text to speech capabilities. My children gave the house voice a name; "she" was named "Diamond".
I never did see anything like this combo automation panel again until the 2000's.
I did write a couple of pages of stuff here yesterday and today edited my text to what you see today.
I just want to say a big thank-you to Securifi for the opportunity to be involved in the moderation of this forum.
And letting us all participate in opening the doors to tomorrow's automation with the Almond +.
