Cannot link Almond to connect.securifi.com
« on: September 22, 2014, 06:20:25 am »
Hi all,

Have the Almond+ setup in AP mode and with firmware R066. But it will not display a code for me to enter at connect.securifi.com. Tried with a regular PC browser as well as with the app.

Suggestions anyone? Has this to do with the AP mode? Should it work in RangeExtender mode?

Don't use the wan port when your are using Almond plus in AP mode.

Well, using the LAN port instead of WAN didn't matter.

I changed the operation mode from AP to Range Extender and I immediately received the code.

So I guess there are still some issues with AP mode.

This is a confirmed bug and should be fixed in the next firmware release.
