DynDNS does not work with SSL, https
« on: October 02, 2014, 08:08:02 am »
Tried to configure DynDNS but it fails since my DNS updater uses SSL (https).

According to the documentation over at I'm supposed to modify the configuration to enable ssl, however the configuration does not seem to support those options.
I suspect it is due to Almond+ using an older script that does not support curl, also curl does not seem to be installed.

So although my DNS provider can use http, I won't since I do not want to transmit my username and password to DNS in clear text.
