DLNA server running when not enabled
« on: October 06, 2014, 03:02:22 pm »
I recently upgraded to the latest version of the firmware and noticed (not sure if this was also occuring in the previous firmware or not) that the DLNA server seems to be running even though it's not enabled.

I can see and browse the DLNA server from my Windows machine.

I double checked the settings on the Almond+ and it show's it as not being enabled (i.e. the checkbox is not checked). It also shows as disabled in the OpenWRT page.

I've reported this as a bug to the software team.

Apparently it was fixed in an internal release, but somehow didn't make it to the public release. I've pointed this out to the software team.
