Clock and Weather App not working

I love my Almond, and the weather app has been working fine until this morning, now nothing. Also the clock app is 24 hour time and is always 5 hours ahead of my local time. Now I am wondering if the weather displayed is from 5 time zones away? Is there any way to set your time zone for the clock and maybe zip code for the weather? Thank you.

Time and Weather are Beta apps and are not fully developed yet, hence certain malfunctions are possible. However, both these apps receives updates from the local NTP server (through your internet connection/ISP) hence some issues from the servers are also possible. Unfortunately there are no manual settings for these apps as these are web dependent.
