Collecting funds four weeks prior to shipping should at least impose a responsibility to notify purchasers of delays to the promised shipping date. How long does writing a blast email take?
If I'm not mistaken from reading this topic, the possible shipping date *may* be midJanuary. (If not, the info posted is unclear.) To not notify purchasers who have been billed is negligent, to say the least. This failure speaks of confusion and/or a lack of professionalism.
