SZ-DWS02 ZigBee door sensor won't pair

I just updated my Almond+ to the latest firmware (R069cb) and decided to give it another try, now that the firmware is more complete than when I first received it.  I started by trying to pair the ZigBee sensors I received with my Kickstarter order.  The proximity sensors pair up reliably and quickly, but I can't get any of my four door/window sensors (SZ-DWS02) to pair no matter what I try.

I've followed all the instructions at http://wiki.securifi.com/index.php?title=How_to_associate_Securifi_ZigBee_sensors_-_Almond%2B_2014 - including holding for ten seconds to reset the sensor countless times.  I've also tried various combinations of removing the battery without success.

When I try to associate, I press the button and the light starts flashing - the Almond+ immediately detects the sensor and starts attempting to pair, but then it times out.
If I try to unpair the sensor while the Almond+ is in remove mode, it happily confirms the removal of an "unknown sensor".

I've also tried resetting the sensors (Remove all sensors) and device (full hardware reset), neither of which helped.

Any ideas on how to get this working?

That's really surprising, all four behave the same way?

I've added these sensors hundreds of times now and I've not had any issues, nor have we had any other reports from anyone else along the lines of what you're describing.

Considering the PIR sensors are pairing just fine, it's clearly not an issue with the Almond+ and I'm going to have to check with our sensor partner to see what's going on here and get back to you.

Yup, all four are behaving the same way.  Two were previously paired with the Almond+ back around launch, and two had never been taken out of the box until today.

Are there any logs I can gather to help with the investigation?

Also, to clarify, on the Almond+ side the screen says "Adding sensor.. please wait", while on the sensor side the green LED continues blinking.  After 10-20 seconds the "adding sensor" screen silently disappears on the Almond+ without showing the screen asking to name your new sensor, and the sensor never stops blinking.

Not at the moment. Just spotted a report that someone's having a similar issue with a different device, so we're going to have to look into what's going on. We might be in touch though, if we need to have a look at your Almond+.

Can you please send logs so our software team can have a look at what's going on?

OK.  I rebooted the device to keep the logs as clean as possible, attempted once to add the window sensor, and after it failed uploaded logs as "bandsaws on forum - sz-dws02 zigbee door sensor fails to pair".  I also uploaded "bandsaws from forum - pir sensor sz-pir02 works fine" so you can compare the two traces.
