Stuck in updating at 99%
« on: February 13, 2015, 11:50:05 am »
I started the 070 update from the touchscreen UI this morning. It went to 99%, and now it's been like that for nearly an hour.

Haven't touched it. Suggestions?

The Back and Cancel buttons don't respond.

It's been like this all day long.

That happened to me on my first try. I said a prayer to the router gods and pulled the plug, then plugged it back in. It booted back up and I started the update again w/o any problems.

I emailed support, they told me to go ahead and unplug it and plug it back in a minute later. I unplugged it last night, it came back at 069, and then I was able to update it successfully.

Apologies about this, we know this has happened to a few units, but we're not quite sure as to why as yet.

If there's anything you need me to do in order to provide testing data, I'll happily oblige.
