Web access over WAN no longer working

Just updated to the R70 firmware. I opted to have it wipe my settings, since  hadn't really configured anything. Turned on HTTP on the WAN port, I get a message about LuCI starting to load, and then nothing. It was working just before update.

edit: Actually it looks like the Almond+ isn't actually handing out IPs over wifi. Looks like its back in the box until the next firmware update.

There shouldn't be any issues handing out IPs over Wi-Fi with R070. Did you try a factory rest? Could you provide a little more insight?
