Per headline. In previous version (R70) the time delay setting in the "Then" part of a rule worked flawlessly with my WeMo bulb.
I had a rule that slowly dimmed up a light during 3 minutes using 30, 60, 90 s etc delays. Now that doesn't work.
In fact, after careful checking no time delay works any more with the WeMo bulb. Other dimmer and switches works with time-delay.
