R070as Loses Dimmer Settings
« on: March 06, 2015, 03:48:26 pm »
Since the update to R070as, I noticed that dimmer switches and wink bulbs loose their dimmer level settings when switching on/off.

Cheers!

From which interface? LCD, apps or web? I will test this when I get home just want to compare notes.

In which UI is this? I just tried it with one of the Wink/GE bulbs and it's fine in the LCD, so it would be good to get some more details where you see this.

I have a couple of Wink bulbs and dimmer switches in my home setup; Each one behaves differently (although they are consistent between UI/web/App)
1.  The wink bulbs maintain dimmer settings
2.  Dimmer switches (Leviton/GE/Linear) loose their dimmer setting when turning off via Almond+.  If I turn them on/off manually (i.e at the switch), they keep their settings.

I have a dozen or more of the GE Dimmers from Lowes and if turned on manually they remember the dim level, but if turned on from the LCD or App they always go to full on.

I'm aware this happens to Z-Wave devices judging by reports here on the forums and I'll follow up with the software team to see if we can address that.
