Centralite Pearl
« on: March 08, 2015, 07:56:49 pm »
Anyone using it?

What functions does initial support in the latest firmware provide?

Is this the unit?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/peq-touch-thermostat-black/8229144.p?id=1219317424762&skuId=8229144

Model number is identical but the mfg says peq.

That's the right product, but the support is a bit rough so far, hence why I haven't added it to the Wiki as yet.

Afraid not as we're testing the release candidates, so no big changes will be made. Hopefully for R072, at least that's what I'm pushing for, as partial support isn't really useful for anyone.

Now that R072 is out, can you say what level of pearl function to expect? I have the thermostat but have not installed it yet so wondering what to expect.

It's not that great at the moment I'm afraid  :-\
It sort of works via the LCD UI, but we need to improve things a lot and I know the ZigBee team is working on this, so I'd give it another firmware to improve.
