Out of the box, the unit boots to the set-up screen, but none of the buttons are responsive to stylus or finger. I can see the unit broadcasting, but neither of the printed codes will allow me to connect to either 2.4 or 5 radios. Of course, since I can't join the network, I can't configure via 10.10.10.254. The reset button is firmly welded to the case, if that's what it is (unidentified in the QSG). Reboot availeth not. Should I try to connect via internet or just get an RDA from AMZ and go back to square one?
Update: support provided instructions for login credentials; unfortunately, they didn't work; here's a link describing the reset button, which is a departure from any that I've ever seen:
