New Maybe Dead On Arrival

Just got my second Almond Plus and it does not respond at all to anything. Restarted nothing, Reset it, Nothing. Anyone else have this happen? If so what did you do? Thoughts???

Well I contacted Tech support and at this point they are unable to assist. It seems like the software might be freezing at the setup screen so the tech is going to see what the software engineers think which wont be until Monday. Bummer, I was really needing to add all of my new sensors this weekend.   :(
 If they are able to provide me with a quick fix I will update this post with the answer.
