Problem with lan ports
« on: March 28, 2015, 03:13:15 pm »
I installed my Almond+ this morning.  The wifi works great but my pc can't get an ip and i can't connect to the Web ui. The A+show a green check mark but no ip and my pc detects a 1gb connection. I tried multiple cables, different lan ports,  router and pc reset and i can't get it to work.

Any chance you set your PC to use a static IP address?

ip is not static on my pc. My raspberry pi with rasplex doesn't work either. I use Windows 8.1, my drivers and the Almond + firmware are all up to date.

everything works perfectly  with the 2 Linksys routers I have or when I connect my pc directly with the modem.

I'd suggest getting in touch with our support team, as I really have no idea what could be wrong in this case.
