RCS TBZ48A Thermostat
«

I have an RCS TBZ48A thermostat that pairs fine with the Almond+ and for the most point functions correctly. However, I am unable to change the heating setpoint. The cooling setpoint works fine along with fan state and also displays the current temperature and battery life.
Is there a way to adjust any settings to get this last feature to work?
Here is the link to the z-wave alliance website for the TBZ48 (I think the A in the model I have is because it is ADT Pulse branded)

Thanks

We have similar issues with some CT-100/101 RadioThermostat's and hopefully the fix we're applying for those will make it work with your thermostat as well. As far as I'm aware, it should be part of the next firmware, but I'm not 100% sure.

Here's what we figured out for the CT100 (thread in this same forum).

You'll of course have to find your item device ID and manufacturer.

Can you unpair and repair the thermostat and then send us the logs using the LCD UI and stating the model name in the comment you can add?

Lars,
I sent the logs today. I did update to firmware version 72 before unpairing and repairing.
grouter,
Thanks, I'll take a look.
