[Solved]: R72 upgrade stuck (15 minutes and counting) at 99%

Started the upgrade via the LCD. Upgrades are usually quite fast, but this one seems stuck at 99%. What long should I wait? What to do if stuck?  Not responding to the previous assigned IP

UPDATE:

Was running R69 beta. Upgraded to R70 using web UI, then to R72 via LCD.

What firmware are you trying to upgrade from?
Can you try rolling back to R069 and upgrade from there?

I believe it was from R69 (beta?). I haven't dared to power off yet, but will try tonight if this is the only option.

It shouldn't fail and if it was to fail, then that's on us as you're still under warranty, so try restarting it. This shouldn't be happening though and you might want to contact the support team so they can take a look at what's going on.

Came home and the screen was off now. power-cycled and it came ip again in the old version:

AP2-R069bk-L009-W016-ZW016-ZB005-BETA

Should I upgrade to something before R72?

Should I wait? I am currently only using it as AP. Has that part improve with R72?

I did send the log to the cloud if it can help.

That's a beta firmware, so please try R069 or R070 and then update via the LCD.
If it still doesn't work, please contact the support team.

Can you provide me with links to R69 and/or R70 firmwares. I have searched the forum and cannot find them.

Upgrade to R70 went well. Now upgrading to R72 via LCD

And completed succesfully.
