I just lost all sensors on my router (and app). I was having intermittent internet connection problems, which I attributed to the RJ45 connector on the cable from the modem to the router.
So I pulled the router from the wall to fashion a new cable. When done, I noticed that the power to the router had been cut -- oops.
I plugged the router back in, watched it boot, and then verified that the internet was up and running. Then I went to the page of sensors, and they were all missing, and the message "You don't have any sensors yet. Add a new sensor to your ALMOND+" was displayed.
I see the same message in the Almond app on my iPhone.
The router seems to have preserved all WAN and LAN settings, including forwarding and VPN, but somehow lost the list of 12+ sensors. Are these stored somewhere that I can recover? I'm not looking forward to running around the house reconnecting all of my z-wave and zigbee sensors to the router.
I'm running:
Software Version : AP2-R080-L009-W016-ZW016-ZB005
Thanks for any help or information.
EDIT -- I found that I had a backup of my router settings from late June (backup-AlmondPlus-2015-06-27.tar). I restored to that, and the router booted up, and I still have no sensors. Is the list of connected sensors not included in backups? I hope there's a way to get my list of sensors back without having to manually add each sensor again.
