I have had to replace my iPhone due to me damaging my old one. Now I can't seem to get any notifications. If I watch the App I can see the door (for example) open and close. Yet in the away mode I get no notification. I only see the notifications on the Alarm symbol after going into the App and waiting for it to do a refresh. I have background refresh on and notifications on and style set to Alerts. I have also rebooted the Router.
Any ideas anyone? Could the Almond+ system still have my old device details and therefore not be sending notifications to my new device?
