No clue. Since the last firmware update the weather app has been pretty solid for me, but I know what you are talking about...it kind of "wanders", usually to a location that is near you. I'm not sure why it does this and good luck getting a definative answer out of Securifi. You will get the standard script responses and a reminder it's a beta app (note: it's been a beta app for a year, and will probably still be a "beta" a year from now. )
