If you are ok with a little bodging, you can Z-Wave enable any garage door opener that has a doorbell/on-off type switch (all the ones I've encountered have it) by using a z-wave wall switch, a 120AC to 12V DC power brick, and a 12V automotive relay. I don't have a diagram, but essentially you wire the power brick to trip the relay, connect the relay outputs to the garage door opener switch, and then plug the power brick into the wall switch. You can then toggle the garage door opener switch with the z-wave power switch. Of course, I make no guarantees that you won't burn your house or garage down using this method, so proceed at your own risk!
