Usb ports speed via wlan
« on: February 12, 2016, 05:41:19 pm »
I want buy almond+ to use it like router with simple nas feature. I want conect to usb ports usb 3.0 pendrive and 3.0 usb hard drive. Im wondering which transfers can be expected via wifi ac with 433 Mb link. Anyone tested configuration like this. Is there preferred file system? In actual firmware which transfers can be expected via gigabit lan? Someone has some experience in this topic.

Check here, and then use the drop down to select USB 3.0 and you can view NTFS or FAT32 stats. Might be able to Filter the Class to get specific throughput by AC link, not certain.

Haven't bothered with throughput testing, I just use it.
