I'm getting enormously frustrated for the moment...
The entire afternoon I've been trying to add this double relay.

The situation for the moment is that 1 is not detected at all anymore!  When I try to add it, nothing happens.  When I try a remove to reset it, it does reset but the A+ just stays on the screen waiting for me to put the device in exclusion mode.  So it's reset, but A+ doesn't see it!? 

The 2nd one is detected, but no matter how I add it, there's only 1 switch added...  As what do I have to add this module?  Binary, Other, ....

As long as the relay switch is removed properly from the network by following the proper removal process, we should be able to add. Apart from resetting it, could you please following the removal process first and then try to add it and check.

That's what I've been trying for hours now...
It's gone from the A+, but when I try to add it again, it's not found anymore.

When I try a remove (even though it's not connected to the A+), it's being reset because the parameters I set are gone (momentary switches don't work anymore).  But the A+ doesn't show it removed a device.

And what about the other relay, the one that is detected?  As what should I add it? Because now only 1 switch is added so I can't control both lights.

Try to add it as multi-sensor.

Okay... I seem to be having a huge problem now!! 

I've been trying to add these 2 dual relays (and also a single relay, which finally worked just now) and something seems to have broken.
I sent a log so I hope you can check it to help me solve this thing.
In the Android app, I have 30 (!!!) times the same non-existant device (BinarySwitch119).  Those are not visible in the LCDUI.
Because of this (I guess), the WebUI completely freaks out and connects/disconnects constantly.  Can't go to Devices/Rules/Scenes anymore!

And in the Android-app, I can't switch to a Local Connection anymore.

I really (really!!!) hope this can be solved without having to completely reset my A+, that would be a disaster...

While I try to check the log files, wanted to make sure that you got the latest version 6.1 Android app?

Yes, I'm running the 6.1 version.
Did you check the YT-video?  That can't be because of the Android app.
I think I have a corrupted file somewhere.

I am still working on Fibaro and BinarySwitch119 issue and to resolve the Web UI, try to change the password to something simple and let me know the status.

I changed the password, no effect unfortunately.
Did you find the weird devices?  If you want, you can have acces to my A+.  Anything to get this solved.  I can't control several lights for the moment.

I have just verified the same with our team who confirmed that there are no entries now, try to reboot the Almond+ once and then close the app completely and then reopen and check.

Meanwhile, I am still working with the Relay and other devices not working properly using log files.

Didn't work.  I have the same weird devices on 2 phones and a tablet...

I have double checked with our Cloud team and there is nothing from our side, did we made any changes on the Almond+ through console.

On the other hand, please check your PM and see, if you could work with us.
