Can't Link IOS App to Almond+

Hello,

I have my Almond+ setup and online to the internet. When I link the Almond+ to the IOS app with selecting an IP address this works and I can control the Peanut etc. I am unable to link the IOS app to the Almond+ with the Cloud link. I get the code from the wizard and try type it in completely but it’s like there is no enter effect The last code I got was    Akwpk3   is this a correct length?
How many other people are having this same issue?

I tried to logon the Securifi forum and could not find any assistance with this.

Try to run the diagnostics app on the Almond+ and then try to link it, yes the code length is correct, you may also try linking the account using connect.securifi.com.
