Philips hue color bulbs and rules

Have been trying to set rules and was wanting the hue color bulb to turn a certain color in the rules. But it appears that you can't do that? You can obviously change the color w the app and what not but when it comes to the rules I haven't been able to figure it out. When I tell the bulb to turn on and select the hue it just only turns it on and doesn't change the color. Is there something I'm missing or can u not do this?

@ Kinggovernator,
While creating the rules, set the delay of 10 seconds for the color to change after the light is on, it should work.

@Ashok
I have tried several combinations, turning the light on, then on again and changing the hue to what I want but it never changes. Tried between 10-60 seconds after the light is on. Nothing I have tried works it just comes on to what color it was last?

@ Kinggovernator,
Try to create a rule something like this and let us know, if it works or not. Before this, ensure that Phillips Hue is working perfectly fine through LCD and Almond App.
Trigger -> (hue bulb ON) + ((wait 10secs) hue color)

@ashok
Still having issues here. I have done what u have said several times, in different methods and still no color change. I have noticed though that under the device history it's states the color change of the bulb. But the bulb is staying the previous color. It's changing the color but then states (true) after it's done is that reasoning? It works perfectly through the almond as well as the app. Also noticed today that my device history is all messed up w everything they all stopped tracking the other day. Such as doors opening and temperature read outs and what not. I have no idea why. The almond has been rebooted a few times since and I have made a few changes with the router settings but those were made today. Everything stopped reporting the other day? I attached a pic of the hue bulb history and what it's doing...

Tried adding a pic, couldn't figure out on my iPhone. Anyway something like this is what it says about the hue bulb -
8:09 - kitchen(middle) true
8:09 - kitchen(middle) is set to reddish
Shade# ( then some long number)
8:09 - kitchen(middle) saturation 100%
8:09 - kitchen(middle) is turned on
8:09 - kitchen(middle) true This being the first entry ...

Okay figured it out. Can only be set trough the web interface I have been using the mobile app. Web gives the option to save the hue where as the app doesn't. Though it shows it changing in the device history
