Router connected but beta time display doesn't work

The time sync says there is no internet connection.  But there are connected devices that are reaching the web.  I tried to update the router's software but it says it is up to date.

Firmware needs to be updated manually (https://www.securifi.com/rg/software-update) and ensure that you select the right model or else your unit might brick.
