Sensor for temperature
« on: October 02, 2018, 11:22:43 am »
Hi...I just purchased a third party Temperature/Humidity Sensor that is Zig.Bee but I am not able to get any useful info from the sensor.  It pairs fine but it constantly says that it's offline.  Is there a special pairing process to go through in order to pair non Almond branded sensors?

No, there is no special process. I would recommend submitting logs and maybe contacting support to see if this device (and its features) can be included in the future.

The Xiaomi sensors don't often work well with other hubs is my understanding. Or at least they didn't use too.
