Cancel and Done buttons missing on iPhone XS Max

I just discovered that the Cancel and Done buttons are missing if I want to change the device notification by going to "Notify Me" on my new iPhone XS Max. it's fine on my old iPhone 7 Plus.

Previously, when I first bought XS Max, I had problems like you, but now things are better. I am quite satisfied
