SMART+ ZigBee Smart Plug

I tried pairing this plug with my Almond 2015.
It starts pairing and then errors out with an unsuccessful pairing message.
How can I help to get it to work?

How close are you pairing it? Does it take a long time or does it error quickly?

Some devices (not saying this one, but I do not have one myself) need to be paired very close to the hub.

Also, I will move this to the Almond 2015 category, you may find more help there.
