Physical differences between Almond Routers
« on: December 05, 2019, 01:10:18 pm »
I am looking to buy an Almond 2015 from ebay.  Is there any way to verify if the router being sold is the Almond 2015.  There are a lot of mislabeled listings that say they are Almond+ but are clearly the original almond.   The know the 2015 has a USB port which the original does not have, but the A1A has USB so I cant use that as determination.  Are there some things I could verify by the pictures?  I know I could ask them to check the about screen but some already have them packed to ship and don't want to open the package.  Thanks.

As far as I can tell the A1A is just a 2015 without zigbee, one can even swap firmware; so no external differences.
