I'm running Windows 7. I believe the Arris is a cable modem. It was provided by Comcast and utilizes coaxial cable.
The IP address for the router is 10.0.0.1. For one Almond it is 10.0.0.4 and it's 10.0.0.17 for the other. Not sure how to determine the subnet.
Here are the results for the command lines when connected to an Almond:
Server: cdns01.comcast.net
Address: 2001:558:feed::1
Name: google.com
Address: 2607:f8b0:4009:803::1000

I also received a response from Securifi support and they suggested turning off all devices, resetting the router, then resetting one Almond, connecting it and turning it off, and then doing the same for the other Almond. At the end I removed the "_Almond" from the SSIDs. However, this did not fix the issue.
Thanks.
