(need help) Can't auto update Almond+ firmware

Hi friends and supports,

I'm having trouble updating firmware from the setting menu. When i checked it said no update but its still not the current vetsion. An Almond app also still notify that it is not the latest version.

im still using AP2-R066 version

Is there any other way to update manually?

@ pruthisith,

We can update the firmware to the latest one via LCD only from R70 onwards, anything less than that can be installed via Web UI. Please get in touch with our support team at (support@securifi.com) who can send the file to you.

I manually updated to R72 on May 22nd, and still the LCD UI tells me no updates available.

@ Tim,

Try to run the Diagnostics once and check, if that fails then try to sync the Time app which should allow you to update the software via LCD UI. If both fails then as a last step, try to reboot the Almond+ and then check.
