We can understand your situation, may be if you could get in touch with our support team or send an email with your preferred number and time when you face the issue they have a licensed version of remote access tool through which we can login to the console and find out what exactly is going on with routing.

I had a few problems with one of my HA devices and had to do a few reboots recently.  When the problem occurs again I'll get in touch.  Thanks for all the help.
